Let's see some Streamline 100 yard groups !

Hi John,
The .25 Streamline is a fantastic rifle in every respect. I have a Huma regulator in mine and I currently have it set to shoot the 34gr. JSB MKII's at an avg. V of 905 ft/s which yields about 62 fpe. At 50 yards it stacks pellet on pellet, at 75 yards 1/2" to 3/4" groups, at 100 yards in ideal conditions I get 1/2" to 3/4 groups...but in 10-15 mph wind conditions I get 1" to 1.5" groups. That is shooting with a Harris bipod and Caldwell rear bag off a bench at Markham Park Target Range here in Broward County, Florida.

Bear in mind that I clean all my pellets and weigh and sort them on a Lyman digital scale to within a tenth of a grain, and then I lube them with Napier Pellet Lube. So when I am shooting it is with pellets that have been cleaned and lubed and all weigh within 1/10th of a grain of each other. I routinely fill my Streamline to 300 bar which gives me 33 full power shots before she falls off the reg. On a 250 bar fill I get 22 shots before she falls off the reg. This is what I do...I am not encouraging anyone else to do what I do.

I love the walnut stock and the short throw cocking lever. I have the Athlon Midas BTR 2.5-15x50 SF IR scope on her, along with a Huggett moderator. I installed a WIKA air gauge that reads up to 315 bar...in the picture of it below I have it marked at 250 bar. I have never had any trouble or problems with her at all...I only installed the Huma so as to be able to adjust my velocity in order to explore the possibilities of the 34gr JSB pellets. And by the way, she shoots the 34gr. MK1 pellets slightly more accurately than the MKII...but they cause the breech oring to wear out sooner.

This rifle costs $1100 and in my opinion is superior to the Crown and the Dreamline in spite of their "adjustability" or "X" barrel capability, because once you set it to the velocity for your pellet of choice you probably won't want to ever change it anyway, and as for X barrels...I seriously doubt an X barrel will shoot any more accurately than my rifle does. I know you hunt shooting offhand, so please believe me when I tell you the Streamline shoulders and points instantly and perfectly. I don't show target pics on the forum due to the fact they are too easily fabricated...I figure people can believe me or not as they choose, but I will include a dove target shot once in the head and once in the heart at 100 yards on a calm day. :)

I absolutely recommend the .25 Streamline for a full length hunting rifle or for just shooting targets like I do.

All the best, Chuck

I've been using my fx streamline at all the distances up to 140m that's about 160 yards. But the best results at longer distances were at 90m or about 100 yards.

This was a group at 138meters that's about 150 yards. It was about 4 inch group
