Lethal Air Midlothian BAD/owner GOOD

My personal experience with Lethal Air in Richmond Virginia has been nothing but a runaround. The guy just runs a hobby shop but is never there and does not treat anyone professionally. Case in point, he had my Wildcat for over 3 months to have a Huma installed. He told me he was going to N.C. to get service trained for new dealers and Ernest Rowe would work on it....nooope.

I had to call and call to ask where my rifle was as he said the trip would be in 2 weeks. His story was it got pushed back. He got snippy and said he would call when it is ready. A month passed, I called got a story and was told would be 2 more weeks. A few weeks later I called and got a different lie. Finally I called and was short with him and he said he did the work himself and to wait overnight for leaks. I asked what the reg was set to...he forgot. I asked velocities...he didn't know. Next day I pick it up but he isn't there to tell me his chrony results. I text him to ask as he said he would do it...he didn't. 2 days later the rifle leaks.

I was lucky, I got my Wildcat back. A local friend here got burned. He put up $2,100 up front for a MKII. Was told in a week he would have it. 2 months later no rifle. He asked for money back and got $1,200. He is still out $900.

Stay away from Lethal Air in Midlothian Virginia. His website is down, it was never great, always getting "rebuilt." Now it doesn't work at all and the facebook page to the business is down.

Finally, got the money back!!! It's been almost 2 months!!!

Lesson learned :)

At least you got your money back. There's a lot of unsavory people out there that might not have returned it so willingly because, well, some people suck.

I don't understand why people take other people's money with promises that they can't fulfill. When I used to run my Ebay store for electronics resale, I never sold anything that I did not already have in my possession, ready to ship before it was even listed.

Good looking out on this guy though. Thankfully the shady ones a far less abundant than the honest ones.

Hi Duncan this is Chad , Owner of Lethal Air , I am sorry for your bad dealings with Bryan , we were supposed partners , he owned the store and I allowed him to use my Lethal Air name for the store as we were trying to build something together, unfortunately he was causing all kinds of problems behind my back so I removed all my product , equipment and machinery from his storefront and shut the business down please contact me as I am still awaiting for your wildcat to arrive at our new address that you said you would ship so that we can fix the leak , as we are doing everything possible to take care of customers who were treated badly and taken advantage of by Bryan Ware
