Leshiy Classic with (new) Huma Regulator

I think that it is. With my Classic shooting 15.89's in the low 820's and from about a 290 bar fill, I get only around 15 full power shots.

Don't know whether the HUMAs are more efficient or not, but being smaller they leave just a little more room in your cylinder for usable air. Plus yours may now be set at a lower point than the OEM reg. Mine seems to fall off the reg just under 115 bar.

I'd say you are doing pretty good at that power in a short barrel configuration.

With my Huma at 107 bar (factory setting) in my 350mm Leshiy Classic at 800fps, I get 34 shots with an SD of 5 with a 250 bar fill. It is quiet, accurate, and surprisingly efficient for such a small reservoir.

I forgot to say that my barrel has 320mm...

I forgot to say that my barrel has 320mm...

And I forgot to post this chart from another AGN member. I think it was @Jack.K but I'd have to go back and look.

I don't know that it was meant to be the definitive tuning for shot count guide but it has certainly been helpful for me when sitting down to start a tune.

With the reg at 100 bar and 11 clicks of the HST he used 7.1 bar per shot. In your case of shooting from 250 bar to 100 bar that would be 21 shots. So I think you're doing well.

Also, I assume you mean 350mm barrel and not 320mm? I do know of one 320mm Classic Leshiy barrel but it was 20 cal. But even if you do mean 320mm you're doing better than 7.1 bar per shot with an even shorter barrel.

Are you seeing spikes in FPS when you come off the regulator?

For the ectension I asked my lathe friend to do an extension to connect with the original shroud, and another friend did a 3D printed extension for the inside spacer. I'm also using the original insert with some sound insulation material.

I've tried various 3D printed versions of the insert but they were not efective as I wanted it to be.

I think the off center moderator are not as efective as centered ones. They are very difficult to improve the noise level.

In a near future I'm thinking in cutting the original moderator exactly where the barrel protrude from the action. Then I use a normal moderator because my barrels are threaded.
