Lead waste?

What do you guys do with the lead waste?
I cleaned out my pellet trap a few time and I have a few poop bags of Pellet lead waste. I'm not sure as a person concerned about the environment what I should do with the lead waste?

Anyone have a good solution as to what to do with it?

Get a big bore and start casting bullets . I'm going to build a trap soon just for that purpose , just need to come up with one that can handle 500 ftlbs .
Check to see if there is somewhere in your area where you can take it to recycle .

At least cast it into ingots (use a propane torch for melting in a small cast iron pan and an old cupcake pan for a mold) and sell to others. Cost is about $1 / pound.

You could use it in shooting bags. Make your own out of canus. Dave

Advertise it on your local site, Im guessing that several people would like to have it to cast fishing weights, Bullets etc.

I'll try and post it on CL and see if anyone wants it?
I'm in Hawaii so there's a lot of fishermen here!
Hopefully they won't mind some duct seal on the lead?

Find a follower of the silver stream and they will cast into projie for powder burner, muzzleloaader should especially like it.
Scrap yard may take it, but at the lowest possible price.
