Tom's is the only store i use High pressure pneumatics goes out of there way to make customers happy. He works with you and what you have. Is a man of his word, if his says he is going to do something he does it that is rare in most airgun Stores now a days and i Really appreciate that. He stayed In touch with me throughout the purchase and long after to keep checking in to make sure everything was OK. He is loyal to his customers and I as a customer will stay loyal to him in his store for his kind and courteous ways.

I have never been treated so well by an airgun vendor or any vendor in the multiple hobbies I have. Everyone I have referred to HPP has had a positive experience and I don't promote a vendor unless I believe in how they run their business.

The most responsive guy out there, always on the lookout for his customers. If you ever have any questions, Tom will find the answer for you. He treats you right, ships your purchase fast, and he always makes sure you're satisfied at the end of the day!
