Krale-Schietsport experience / review

Hi,

I have overall very positive experience about this web shop as they sell items at a competetive prices and have enough stability that I can buy even more expensive items from there with trust.

Last week I bought many pellets from them to try out my Artemis PP700SA and they sent me .25 box instead of the .177.
I sent them an email notifying them about this and said that since .25 box would have cost more and I can shoot them, all is good.

However they still sent me a pack of the .177 pellets instantly, which pretty much tells how they do business.

I'd give them 10/10 without the previous incident and still holds full ten.

I've had quite some good experiences with Krale too, and they're often elected the best airgun shop in the Netherlands, polls are organised each year on the Dutch airgun forum (luchtbuks.net, which has a huge user base).

Dutch/Belgian/... customers are quite demanding (there's the 100m competition, the vibrant (h)ft scene, both requiring top notch guns), yet seem to be willing to pay extra, as compared to the way cheaper Eastern European webshops for example, if they get a proper after sales service etc. in return; Krale seems to understand this perfectly well.

They try to give professional advice, which is often posted online and scrutinised by the community, quite some members of which have serious technical skills... So they can't just tell you whatever they want to, even if that would be sth they would be interested in doing.

Note though there's quite a few others too, worth looking at, some might have less models on sale but more expertise, and a really awesome customer service too, e.g. with RAW or the Korean cannons (luchtbuks.com) :)
