Krale Problem, WWYD?

So, I had been keeping a keen eye on availability of a Walther LGV in .22 at Krale. They sent me an email saying it was in stock. I checked, sure enough, In Stock. Put it in cart, double checked availability, it was in stock.

So, I placed my order, CC was charged, only to get an email the next day saying it was not in stock, and would get dispatched as soon as it became available. The gun has been out of stock for over 3 months.

I have emailed them twice requesting a refund. No answer in 3 days. Advice? Should I call the CC co?

I would not sweat it yet, Krale has a good rep, I am sure they will issue a refund. If not your CC will protect your purchase.

Funny how it works when you finally decide which Rifle you want only to find out it's not available. Seems HW and Walther must have short runs of their Air Rifles as they are always out of stock and not available for lengthy periods.

I received a Stock Alert from Krale for a HW97 yesterday and placed my order, it has not shipped yet but I expect it will soon.

hang in there brother not sure of the time differences.. but send another e mail today ,its possible with never reading any negative stuff about them that it could be a honest mistake ,ie new employee or such,,,call and leave message it will cost u a dollar to leave a message if there closed ,,if open give them your name and number and a breif description ,have them call u back ,,id wait till tuesday to call your credit company,it gives them a phone message and email and a whole day to contact you and if they dont call the cc co good luck pat

Thanks for all the advice guys. I'm not all too worried as I know they are reputable, but was pretty worked up because I did not want to have that charge on my CC waiting potentially for months for the gun to show up. Also I did e-mail them during the business week and should have gotten some sort of acknowledgment by now.

Pat, by the time I wrote this, they were closed for the day (their time) I will wait till Tuesday and then reach out to the CC co. unless I can call Verizon Wireless and figure out a reasonably inexpensive way to call them.

All in all, I would just rather them have had the gun as advertized on their site at the time of order.

Again thank you all, hope you are having a great weekend.

Same thing happened to me, showed in stock ordered then email came out of stock. I got the gun a few weeks later but that left a bad taste in my mouth. Then the real problem started, the barrel was defective. Sending the gun back to them fedex would cost me $314.00, after weeks of emails and phone calls they agreed to have me send the barrel back so they could inspect it. They found the barrel defective and sent me a new one on there dime. I made a post before about this ordeal copy below.

I sent my barrel back for them to inspect and test, after it was determined to be defective they took a barrel off a gun they tested and sent it to me. This all started on 2-11-18 after 27 emails me taking pics of the barrel and shooting groups at 22 yards for them to see how it shot. This was a long process that worked out in the end to my satisfaction. I fully understand them wanting proof the barrel was defective but it was hard for me to jump through as many hoops as I did.

When I first got the gun the barrel was caked full of black debris, I spent an hour cleaning most but not all came out. Keep in mind this was a new gun I was chomping at the bit to shot, so I shot it and it shot very good. After a few more attempts to get the barrel clean and closer inspection I could see the rifling was very rough and looked pitted. It was so rough when pulling a patch through the barrel I could FEEL it. Now here's where the problem comes in, the dang thing shot lights out with few exceptions. I started to keep it based on how it shot, how many times have people ask that question after you say the barrel looks rough.

The bottom line is I could not live with a barrel that looks like it was unfinished. Walther just did not complete the process after cutting the rifling, Walther missed a few steps. Krale stepped up I have a new tested barrel that shoots as good as it looks, a bit better than the original. Keep in mind for me to ship the gun back FEDEX wanted to charge me $314.00.

Well, sure enough, I had an email earlier this morning stating that my $ had been refunded and apologized for the delayed reply.

I kinda wish though that kinda thing would not happen. When I saw it was in stock, and placed the order it set forth those gears of anticipation and plotting in my soul that ultimately crumbled to a heap of disappointment.

Thank you all for the advice.

Having to do an international return is a risk from buying from Krale.

I thought the HW110 I bought from them had a slow leak.

I compared shipping prices and cheapest was USPS for around $100.

That's assuming they'd even accept an airGUN for shipping (have had some issues with USPS clerks not know their own rules).

It might be cheaper to take the stock off and ship in a shorter box, but I didn't get estimates for that.

Luckily it turned out the 110 is holding air fine.

I'm pretty good at DIY but there is not much info about the 110 with respect to taking it apart for troubleshooting.

But I wanted the 12 ft-lb version, which is not available from US sellers as far as I could find.

Edit: Sorry, don't know why I'm getting double spaces on all lines. Posting from Chrome on Linux.
