I absolutely love ordering from the crew at Krale, and highly recommend them!
Yes, US-Customs can be a p.i.t.a. and yes, UPS could potentially blind side ya with extra IMO 'hidden' fees,
but that's a bit of a rarity.. Unfortunately for me - I've had to deal with Both.

Kral ships Ridiculously Fast via UPS 3-Day. So it/when everything goes 'right', orders show up 100% and in a flash.
In the event that some Derp from US-Customs gets their hands on the package, they can really do a number on things..
I've had a few packages cut into with complete disregard for contents, then they removed Kral's awesome packaging/padding,
inspected, and then just tossed everything back in like they were stuffing 10 lbs of **** into a 5 lb bag. Then taped sparingly..
I HATE US-Customs.

One time and only once, I tracked the order, saw that UPS was close, annnd... Then I literally got a surprise e-mail..
It was from UPS stating that they have my order, it's on the way to me, but I owed them [or 'someone'] extra fees...
Options were to pay via CC on the UPS site, or, pay the delivery person directly. Confirmed on their hand-held-computer..
If that little extortion is accepted - which is complete BS - they'll hand over your order..
If refused, they will not let you take possession, and they'll apparently either hold or return things back to the sender..
[Which makes absolutely zero sense]

I'm a gambler and impulse buyer - terrible combo, so, I just dealt with it, and rant later - every time I get the chance. lol
I don't let it deter me from placing orders there, as most of the time the transactions go flawlessly.

As mentioned above, packaging is AMAZING from the Krale crew..
Pellets are no exception and will [should] arrive in perfect condition.

I love being able to place an order, have it 3 days [4 tops] later, and Not Have To Be Hosed Out Of 8% NY State Sales Tax.
US based shops are even whacking us NYers NY tax, and that's BS.
Especially since our tax dollars are 1 being misappropriated, and 2 being used against us for all of their 2A related rules/regs/bans..
I want no part of that..

Sorry.. got a little off topic there for a sec.

Good info guys thanks! Those that have purchased airguns, was there any issue with additional taxes or customs fees?

Welcome dude, and.. Here's the info that I can give you from Personal Experience..

I've ordered a few rifles from them and I've ordered a pistol from them - as well as accessories..
Here in the USofA, we're not supposed to be required to pay any / extra taxes / tariffs, etc. [That's different country to country]
Anyways, the price that is listed for the rifle is usually what you'll pay, + Shipping, and that is insured and tracked vis UPS.

I [and a few others] DID get blindsided with some sort of extra fees [only that one time in my case]
but that was all UPS - It had nothing to do with Krale. I / we talked about it on here previously, and don't even know if that was legal..

I just saw one thing - There was indeed an extra charge, but, not thing crazy..
I just broke down a few of my orders / receipts and compared prices to the site..

Prices listed on the site are what I was charged in USD.
Krale did have one fee, and that was for using a credit card.
[My biggest / almost $800.00 order showed ana $11 CC-fee] So no biggie.
Shipping / Handling was $49

And that time, I had to funny-business from UPS w/ any hidden / surprise fees.

Always been treated well and courteously from the Krale folk.

They once sold me an LDC that was listed as "Fits Wildcat", but when received, it had a .5" female thread while my Gen I Wildcat had a 1" thread. After explaining the issue and sending a picture, they understood and located the correct part and shipping immediately. Yes, I had to pay a minor extra to get that LDC with the correct thread/diameter, but it was well worth it. Cost less too!

I was actually contacted direct by one of the Krale family members that took care of the issue. These guys are legit.

FunGun & CrewChief25,

I'm glad that my/our info was helpful, and that's what it's about.
It's great to have a place like this where we can share our thoughts and experiences with others.
That said, when guys' orders are made and finally received.. Definitely try to post back here!
It'll be nice to hear your thoughts on the whole process / experience too!

One last thing - I forgot to mention before..
[Revoman touched base on it also]

I've had spec/tech related questions as well as just asking for info about how their ordering/shipping/warranty process goes..
Each and every time, even with our slight language difference, I received fast replies and fantastic answers to everything..
1, that put me at ease as far as my initial order was concerned.. [which led to me becoming a happy / regular customer]
2, it assured me that the Kral crew knew their products, etc. and, relieved me knowing they stand behind everything.

E-mails: I initially hit them up inquiring about a few products and then for into on their ordering/warranty process..
I talked exclusively to 1 rep, then eventually a 2nd, and then a 3rd helped out. All fast and excellent responses.
A few - depending on who I was talking to - were just friendly and random. Just like friends chatting / like on here..
There were also a few in regards to feedback/thoughts regarding a flaw that I/we found in a specific accessory..
Each and every time, things were addressed, and followed through with. I always appreciate that.
The most surprising to me was - as Revoman also brought up -

I received direct responses from Krale's 'family / founders' also. That was definitely unexpected and IMO very cool.

🙂👍
