Kral SS valve results!

I'm aware that PCP originated long before CO2, I didn't state that's where airguns started did I? I bow before your wisdom though, and am clearly outmatched by it... We all know that the aluminum cylinder is nothing new. The dollar sign goes before the amount($180, not 180$) btw.

As to Travis not having any original ideas, aren't the majority of guns just copies of the other brand with some slight improvements or changes? How many original ideas have you had? 

ackuric- Why do you bash the valve and then say you can't wait to get one in your hands on GTA? It is true that we are in business to make money, as is everyone I know who has a business or works for a living.

It's very clear that you two have a personal vendetta against Travis, your reasons are your own. If you think the valve is garbage, don't buy it.

I generally don't try and blab everything I do on the internet. But I did just so happen to be (at least I think so) the first person to make one of those Chinese junk regulators produce respectable recovery times and eliminate creep by installing a Ninja piston in one. I only did this out of necessity. You see when you purchase an $1800 AMERICAN made gun you don't expect that it will arrive with a POS Chinese regulator, do ya? One with a 32 second full pressure recovery time? And creeping 200psi overnight? Neither did I. I then did some investigating and took some measurements and saw what could be done. Once I made the regulator work properly I tuned the gun (which was NO WHERE near tuned for efficiency) and make a nice shooter out of it.

In reference to 2nd bold section, I am now positive this is a rule #4 violation.

That sheds a little light on things. Good job on the reg modification, I agree it's a problem that should have never been. Issues from an $1800 gun, that seems to be rampant these days...

I grew up in a sporting goods store. My mother, who ran the business, wasn't interested in hunting, but she was good at double entendres. For example, she once gave me a birthday card with the inscription... I'm like the firefly who backed into a fan.... Delighted, not end!

The one that fits here is... All varmints are thin skinned! 

Just a thought .. there has been some really great mods on stock valves that give amazing numbers and kudos to those who have done so and we all learn something from those who have done it. There has also been new internals made, new valves and tweaking existing valves, new hammers, stems, spring rates, adjustable ports.. etc. One innovation leads to another and another. Honestly.. it's all good for all of us. And if someone makes a dollar.. good on them. Outright Plagiarism is not cool.. but tweaking, refining and making something better, more efficient, more powerful is a good thing. We need more home grown innovation in this sport. I personally own several valves from different makers and they all have amazing qualities, and I'm going to own a few more the good lord willing. How about we all support the sport and the advancement of it.

I also think it's great so many guys are coming up with new valve mods, and kudos to those posting their designs for free, I'll have to explore some of those posts. However, complaining about someone building valves and selling them is pretty crazy even if they have similar characteristics to others, which may be or may have a totally different way of going about their results. Look at the Umarex gauntlet, it's basically a plastic qb79 with a compilation of the hpa mods done on these forums for years, yet stacks of people want to buy one if they ever appear.

Since when is making something better an issue? Hmm automobile companies have been doing it for years. Cars have been around for over a century but there still making them and doing upgrades. Wow, I know this thread is a year old, but reading this last paragraph from this guy made me think i need to hide in a hole from scrutiny just because I can mod my gun better. WTH? What type of violation can one get into by posting his "RESULTS"? What are the Forums for, if not for sharing information and discussing it? surely not for idiots to scrutinize the "RESULTS"? Are you stupid or what? Clearly the OP did not state or advertise the following statements. "we have these valves for sale, look at what it can do, come buy it." If he did not say those statements, then it's not an advertisement as you all ASSUME. 

The other problem here is that each and everyone has their own ways of doing their own mods. You cannot just pit someone's work against another person. sure it will help the production evolve, but at the same time anyone working in the industry already knew who's doing what better. there is no need to follow someone's path to get to the same place...WOW

You guys call them trolls, i call them stubborn idiots. sorry men, facts are facts. you either wise up, listen and learn or shut up, observe and use the information that is best to you. don't go around pointing fingers and accusing people man. Or think which invention belongs to whom. if the inventors feel that their inventions is record breaking and new, they may have already patented it. then a gain the patents have an expiration, after that anyone is free to use and copy and make it better, or worse. Try to parent your designs, someone may sue you if they have something similar already patented. 

Some of the works on the valve sometimes takes hours to do or mod. These hours correlates to money, time and electricity spent to make. I am sure you dont want to charge $7.25 per hour if you made it in 8 hours. cheap people will never learn the worth of work....

I might get burned or banned for calling people cheap and stupid, but if i do not speak up. The idiot continues to be the idiot, and the moderators that makes judgement will be put to the test if he is an idiot supporter or not... it's freedom of speech baby. speak your mind but don't accuse someone else's work. 

I have a Kral Puncher Mega Marine. I ordered A filler Valve and a Firing valve (rifle was slowly leaking). They are hung up in NY in customs I think. I managed to get another filler valve but can't find a firing valve anywhere. Does anyone have a source for a firing valve? Kral P/N- AT-28
