Kalibrgun Hummingbird review?

I wanted this gun for the longest time. Havent been able to find 1 good review on this. You tube has had this video for months now.
And there are a couple of other videos in a language I don't understand. I understand the.22 sold like hotcakes in the 1st batch that came to US Shores. Post which I expected there to be several reviews on this gun. But not many online. The yellow forum had a detailed review on it where a guy took the gun apart. There were a few indexing issues and air leak issues but those were easily fixed. I wouldn't still mind getting the gun since it's so unique but maybe I'll wait till they come up with the semi auto version. At IWA I think the owners spoke of rebuilding the gun to make it semi auto. Will take time though. I also know for sure the gun was used in extreme bench rest. Maybe Ted can give us an idea on this one.

The latest rumor is that the Colibri will NOT be rebuilt in a semi-auto version. It started life as a semi-auto and quickly died (as a semi), before coming to market not, to be revived. The blow back and indexing issues have been addressed and most sellers are great to work with buying customers for their satisfaction.

My experience with it is it is very light weight, good balance and shoulders easily...and is more accurate than I am capable of shooting. In a word...I like it and I've owned and shot some nice (as in expensive...LOL) air guns.

You might say the hummer is a very unique air gun...that being said, there are many bull pups now on the market. Best wishes finding one that will work for you.

Thanks Larry and FernLoading!
Big decision, with many guns in this market area. Reached out to a couple of importers to see on the availability. Will wait until someone gives a review of the FX Wildcat once it is released. From a YouTube video I can see how it started as a semi, as the gun used a system just like the FX Monsoon. I cant help but wonder if the issue was not a technical one but a IP one as the FX patent on that system is still in effect.
