MAGAZINE ISSUE. the rifle is amazing but the magazine is awful

*update* I went to the range with my friend who also owns a katran LB, our first time shooting it didn't go well both our magazines acted really bad so we returned it to the store and replaced both our mags with new ones, the next day same issues happened so we returned to the shop for a 2nd replace and even a 3rd replace of the mags, ill explain the issue if you have 16 pellets in the mag the spring will work good and rotate well but till it reach 6 or less pellets then the spring tension will be so bad that it doesn't rotate the mag and allows for double and triple feed, bottom line the spring quality is very poor and bad as the 3rd replacement the mag seems to work well but sometimes it acts when there is 2 pellets in it only still better than the 2 previous ones, airmaks has to come with better magazine design or a spring we contacted them and they said that they are sending springs to the local store soon, now about the rifle its very accurate as you expect from a CZ barrel and I can label it as heavy duty as for the build quality of t6 aluminum I did put more than 2000 pellets so far, the only issue I'm having is with the magazines me and my friend had a total magazine replacement about 6 times now (3 for me and 3 for him) and the store called us for 4th replacement as he received some springs will test that soon and will update here.

I hope airmaks will take this issue seriously as we are the first people who owned Katran here in Kuwait we had the rifle before US market and even Europe.

side note ( I met a random guy who had Katran L (tube not bottle) in the range he also told me that he replaced the mags 2 times or so)

I haven't had any issues with my .25 cal mags. Hopefully AirMaks just got a bad lot of mag springs in - possibly not heat treated adequately of something.

Did you and your friend buy your Katrans at about the same time? hopefully the spring issue is just related to a small group of guns/mags.

yes we bought it at the same time and they are from the same patch if I'm not mistaken its the first patch ever out in the wild as it goes few months back, I kinda agree on that it seems just a bad springs patch and when I contacted airmaks on instagram they were very responsive and I asked them if they heard about this issue from others or from people in the US specially they said no and that they are sending few springs to the local dealer so we will try these when they arrive and report back.

alright so my katran seems to have another issue a screw that I add a loctite on it holding the whole rifle mechanism not sure how this will be justified by the mechanical engineers or airmaks, it got loose and I couldn't pull the lever cause it was blocking it and when I put it all the way in it will block the magazine rotation mechanism, it suppose to be floating LOL but they decided to sell the rifle without adding glue or a loctite on that screw base so with vibration it got loose and blocked the reloading lever, I added a loctite but its funny that a loctite now is holding the whole rifle together because that screw tight = no magaizne rotation / loose =blocking the lever, only time can tell if the pcp is heavy duty will put it on test.

*update* talked with airmaks and they stated that they used bad (spoiled) bad loctite on the first rifles and later patches they start to use a white washer instead of that screw attached to the second pin on the rocker, I fixed the issue with putting a blue loctite now but again these things shouldn't happen on a $1200+ new rifles, only time can tell how the rifle will hold.

the washer or the screw (same as in my rifle) suppose to protect the rocker and keeping it in place that's the purpose of it, here more pictures I purchased gun case instead of the useless small hard case than comes with the rifle, I also bought magpul pistol grip thats on the way.
