Just odered a new Donnyfl for on of my .22 calibers

I got a Taipan in .22 caliber it was a bit noisy for my yard so I put on .30 caliber 2 x 6.25 inch RONIN it quieted it down

I wanted to get a smaller one so I just ordered the .22 1.22 x 5 inches TANTO anyone tried this model yet for a .22 cal ?

I have the Koi and Tatsu, and had the Tanto. On my Wildat .25, the Koi is the quietest, then Tatsu then Tanto. But between the Tanto and Tatsu, its very very close.

I have a Koi, Tanto and a Sumo (old style). They all work great on my Wildcat .22 MKII. Without them it has a loud bark. To the shooter they all do a great job with only the Tanto being a bit louder but not that bad.

You're going to like it.....just about the perfect size.

Having used four of Donny's suppressors extensively, I would have to say that the perfect size for me would be a 5" model in 1.4" diameter......right between the Tanto and Sumo.

Maybe Donny will come out with one some time.....he's always adding and improving it seems.

I have a Ronin .25 on my .22 Hatsan Flash. Thought it was overkill, but Donny FL said you can never have to much suppression. Followed his advice, its quiet. Will buy again .

Which dimension quiets more - length or girth?

DonnyFL moderators consistently increase in price as they increase in weight.

Would the DonnyFL line up be ordered in quietness pretty much as they are ordered in price/weight?

Tatsu works great on my .22 Shorty. Nice and short. Pellet impact is louder than muzzle report.

I run the Koi on my .22 Regal xl and Tatsu on the Wildcat. To my ringing ears, they sound about the same but for some reason I prefer the shorter, thicker look of the Tatsu.

OK I got my Tatsu in 22 caliber and it is perfect for my Taipan .22

HI Matt I can only speak for the .22 STD length it was very noisy , compared to my roya , Leshiy , cricket , and air-arms s-510 and FX guns , it is amazing gun , one of my favorite 22 calibers with the cz barrel and super trigger and the deep magazine is awesome . I wish all pcp guns had a trigger like this gun and this has the deepest magazine and features this gun has
