Bought it on Amazon last week, came today, opened the box, un packed, looked it over, hooked up the power converter and installed the Handle/ pre-filter, no oil, no water needed, pre-lubed from factory with grease, fired it up with test plug, shut it off at 300 bar, no problems, this is a manual shut off version, added a oil/ water separator and fill probe, filled my Uragan 0.53 liter bottle from 100 bar to 250 bar in 10 minutes, it works and it's fairly quiet, kinda funky sounding, but it works, I'm going to do a proper break in on it with short runs and long cool offs till it's ready, it's just going to be used for topping off the rifles,

so far I like it

I'm gonna have to try it on 12 volt and see how it does.

Ha Ha Ha, yeah I know the sound, I had a work van that had a bad rod, the shop said drive it till it dies, I did........ Ha Ha Ha, this thing is oil less so it's got grease in the rod bearings, and they are well lubed, I made sure of that before running and the piston sleeve too, the piston looks to have Bronze rings and a black composite compression ring, the rod is quite stout, I think this thing has a Ball Bearing one way Valve that makes the funky noise, not sure but a reed valve wouldn't hold up to the pressure, I've seen some pictures of one that was taken apart but it didn't show the valve..... but everything else looked to be very well built.
