I ordered JSB Exact Jumbo .22 (15.8 gn) pellets form AOA and received FX airgun (16 gn) pellets. Nothing on the label about Jumbo, or Exact, or anything else. Anyone know if these are the same, just packaged under a different label?

I have not seen 16gr FX pellets, but AA 16gr pellets are different from JSB 15.89s. You can clearly see those are different molds with slightly different geometries. AA 13.4s and JSB 13.4s seem to be identical (again, only judjing visually). But even then, AA pellets come from different molds, apparently owned by AA.
Not sure if FX has the same "exclusive" mold deals as AA does.

I know I am a little late, But that does not sound right, Your order was for JSB pellets, and you did not get them,,, There mistake, send them back and ask for what you ordered,
They should pay all shipping both ways,

I finally got to call AoA and they said they're out of JSB pellets and they are back ordered. Apparently JSB can't keep up with the demand ? ? ? ? ? Other companies have had JSB make pellets for them under their own label. To keep customers happy AoA has been buying up stock from other companies and shipping them out instead of the JSB label. I have been assured that the FX brand, that I received, was made by JSB and are exactally the same. I asked if I could I could exchange the FX brand for JSB's, and they said they couldn't because they don't have any. I can only tell you what I was told. Take it for what it's worth.

If that is what AoA told you they are exactly the same then they LIED or didn't know any better. They are not exactly the same they maybe be close but not exact, that is the reason why people pellet test is because not all pellet dyes are the same, the casting process, material etc are all a little difference. Even from batch to batch from the same company can be slightly different. JSB, Air Arms, and FX pellets are have been compared in the past but numerous people and numerous post across the internet and most agree they are similar but different if that makes any since. The long and the short of this post is, they are not the same but may be close enough for your gun to like them and shoot them well, I would recommend trying them and see if your gun likes them and act accordingly.

I do not want to throw gas on a fire but at my dealer the FX pellets are $2 a can less expensive.....

Very interesting, I checked 6 airgun websites and can't find FX pellets for sale on any of them. AOA doesn't even advertise them for sale.

I've ordered jsb .25 from AOA and received fx pellets. I didn't notice any difference in performance. I just received another order of pellets but these were jsb's. Not sure what the difference is if any.

The answer is NO! I just received NX 16 gr. (1.030 grams) Pellets as a sub for JSB Diablo Exact Jumbo 15.89 gr. that I ordered. The thing that gets to my sense of humor is that they didn't let me know. Had a couple of live chats with them on another subject and they never mentioned not being able to send what I ordered. That just ain't right. What to do, what to do?
