Jsb pellet quality and prices in US vs Europe

It comes as no surprise that they would not encore some damage given how miles and handling they travel.

Thats about $13 in U.S

Funny enough - I get very, very few damaged pellets and I'm in South Africa. I've literally never seen a tin that looks anything like those posted on here. Considering how utterly incompetent our customs etc is that's a miracle.

Wonder how that works out? Maybe they ship huge volumes to the states and if stacked those at the bottom get crushed? Seems unlikely that they'd be packed like that though. 

Indeed a HANDLING problem .... we know they leave factory pristine & what happens for damage is in route to end user.

I've had very few damaged pellets from JSB, so few, I don't even look for them anymore.

Damaged JSB or AA pellets have never been an issue for me. I am in Texas.

Live in Puerto Rico and also suffer from pellets arriving with damaged or bent skirts. The worst offenders are when shipped in bulk (sleeves) without enough protection. The shipment from P/A are among the best packaged but their freight options are quite expensive. Just got an order of .177 AA and JSB from another vendor and their packaging process was very good. Opened a few tins and damaged skirts was very minimal, so lets hope it keeps this way.
