JSB King Heavy and LW poly choked barrel

My RAW lights out shooting the original MK, and not much different with the MK2's out to 100 yards ( I have not tried shooting it to any further distance). I have tried several different slugs recommended by Pros, vendor/manufacturers, and AGN members and none of them are as consistently accurate as the King Heavy pellet series. I am pushing the 33.95 Gr pellets at an average of 868 fps.

Hi storm.sunny , I just achieved the installation of a Lothar Walther polygonal barrel on my .25 Cricket. This was a "gunsmithing exercice" for me , because I started from a LW barrel blank , so a lot of accurate operations were needed to adapt it to the Cricket. Thanks to the precious advices of @Long-shot , I finally made it and after some tuning , results were pretty good. As I said , this was a kind of a challenge for me , not a trial to make the gun shoot better than before with its CZ barrel. Here is a pic of 6 shots at 50 yards. With more testing , I think it could be improved.

Looking at the pic's these poly barrel look more like the old style BSA barrels with the convex shaped lands. They don't really look like a true poly bore at all. Odd!

Take a look in a search of poly bores. Glock is a start. The stx barrels from fx look far ore like a poly bore than theses L/w's.

I do know that JSAR wanted to use the l/W Poly's in some of their Raptors. They were far too inconsistent and were skipped.
