JSB Hades - Frangible Hollow Point

I hope they are accurate and expand well. I can't stand using JSB pellets for hunting. I only use them to paper punch.

Having had a lifetime supply of radiation years ago,
I feel eerily drawn to these for some reason..
I can't wait to give these pellets a go!
I've seen pics and a vid of them from ShotShow'19,
and should be available in the next few months.

Yeah man.. I'm with you. I've been going through and trying out different pellets - brands/types/weights,
and these look very interesting for sure! If they shoot as good as they look, I'll also be buying them in bulk.

When I was a kid and were faced with stubborn quarry we would take out our pocket knife and deeply score the nose of the pellet (or .22lr bullet ) with an X. Did a great job of dropping a stubborn raccoon.

I would like to hear any reviews on how these shoot from any guns, any air gun reviewers or anyone know anything yet before the rest of us get to know?

With similar pellet designs by H&N and others, I would be curious how these perform. Higher velocity=greater expansion/frangibility, but higher velocity can equate to more inaccuracy depending on the equipment given the low BC, and a lower velocity with target gunners won't see the frangibility. Either way, it is a curious pellet to try.

Here you guys go. I have been playing with them and so has Tofazfou. I took a squirrel and hit it in spine. The area of the spine where I hit it was completely shattered. No pass thru. That was 15yds doing 727fps/18.65fpe. They don't fragment, but they do open up like a mechanical broadhead. Travis from AGD got "Biohazard pellets" from me when we were talking at Shot.
Below is a pic of the retrieved Hades from the squirrel compared to an intact pellet. Also the Hades Tofazfou shot into glycerin soap.
