I stand corrected, my apologies. It appears as though we did receive a shipment of the 500 count pellets on Friday that I was not aware of. Our system is set up to automatically fill orders in the order which they were received. I am not sure why your friends who just placed orders would have received pellets over a pre-order. I've passed this along to my IT department in case we have an error somewhere in the system. I apologize for the confusion. If you would like, I can ship the in stock JSB pellets while we wait for the next shipment of Hades pellets. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
