I've had them on preorder for over a month! 3/5/19 to be exact.
Haven't received a confirmation on shipping or anything! What gives?

I ordered on 3/16/19, 10 tins 500 ct. on truck to be delivered today
maybe the tin size? The 250 ct might be a later delivery to the retailer

On 3/5/19 I ordered 4 tins of the 500 count hades.
On 4/4/19 I ordered 1 tin of the 250 count so when I’m out hunting I can carry a smaller tin that I will refill with the big tins. Yesterday they emailed me saying they were shipping but the tins were mislabeled and the 250 would ship to me but be labeled as 500.
This morning I got another email stating that the order for 250 had been placed on back order.
So both my orders are still on back order and I’ll be waiting still.

My orders are also from PA. It’s really weird to me that they would send out new orders before pre orders.

I'm glad you guys are starting to get these to try out but I must say I'm getting pretty pissed about the way pyramid is going about the preorder process!
I emailed them when I got up today but only got an automatic response back saying they take them in order as recieved. I'm a third shifter so I guess I was a little late but I'm calling in the morning to find out just what the hell is going on. Seem to me all preorders should have had presidents over selling more to new customers!

I cancelled my order April 5th, got a full refund and reordered on April 9. They arrived April 12. Two 500 count tins.

If anyone was curious what their potential was from a lower velocity gun here's what I got. I shot the middle one into a bucket of water this morning. The one on the right I shot through an orange (I didn't like the way it was looking at me). I actually got a little more expansion than I thought I would get from the Prod at 14 fpe. Obviously the real magic happens at higher velocities.

My son shot 3 tree rats with the Hades today. 1 in the side of the head and the other 2 through the shoulder. None came out the other side. 900 fps at the muzzle all the shots were around 30 yards.

Loged on to PA and saw that my order was being “packed and will get email when it ships” not holding my breath, but will see what Monday has to say.

Mine said that all day Friday and still hasn’t shipped. The order I had placed for the 250 counts said that from last Tuesday through Wednesday when they finally changed it back to on back order Thursday so yeah I’m not holding my breath either. However I also placed an order for a few tins through UA on Thursday after getting annoyed by other people ordering after me and getting them before and they shipped out yesterday.

Just looking at all the major players and noticed something interesting. AoA doesn’t even list them. Not even for pre-order. Wondering if they only sell what is available in stock, or does this have anything to do with their divorce from FX? Only thinking this because how FX revolves around JSB. Although I have never owned one, everything I have ever read is how their barrels are designed for JSB ammo.
Everyone has them as pre-order anyway, so I will just sit tight and wait for my PA order to ship, no sense in jumping ship now, I placed that order very early in the game. Haven’t been shooting a lot lately anyway.

There is no excuse for what is happening here! Shipping manager needs to pull his head out of his ass! I've been a faithful customer for over 10 years at pyramid and to be put on the back burner so they can sell more product to new orders is not flying with me....I'll be checking into new sources for my pellets! After I give them a piece of my mind in the morning.....

Have any of you besides Timerabbit done a head size? His 5.43 seems very small, but his caliper measuring may be as off as mine usually is.
