5 months here. Patience my friend Ninja posted on the GTA and they will be shipping the adjustable regs out around the first of the year. That's what JSAR have been waiting on for forever. They can't do anything without product in there hands as far as getting guns complete. They've been at the mercy of that. I heard many are built just waiting for regs and with Motorhead joining the ranks I expect a BUNCH of guns going to be shipped shortly after the regs come in.

I hope it all works out for you! I am interested in one myself. I would love to see more "MADE IN USA" air guns.

I have a 25cal. Raptor ordered just wondering if the regulators came in and how much progress are you making filling and shipping guns.

I have been on the list before there was a list and I was not interested in receiving my Raptor without one the main selling points of that rifle and that was the external on the fly adjustable regulator. I could have greenlit a Raptor without one but because I had plenty of other things to concentrate on the wait didn't matter.

Be patient and do not let your mind add information that is not there, I know these guys at JSAR and they are some of the most straight and honest cats in the business. Not as a tease or a brag but below is my Hajimoto Productions color scheme inspired Raptor Mini in .22 along with the .30 Caliber barrel, probe and .30 caliber magazine.



Trust me, its worth the wait.

Guys, JSAR is a new company that hand builds custom rifles and they are figuring this all out as they progress. I ordered my Raptor back in mid July and just got it a couple of weeks ago; I feel your pain.

They are learning the ropes, have had numerous issues with suppliers, did major redesigns, and have implemented improvements as builds progressed.

I work a mile down the road and visited often in anticipation of my build, so I know this.

Be assured that you are in good hands, that delays are a result of others and beyond their control, but that your best interest is the priority.

I told them to hold off on my order till the adjustable regulators came in; a great decision! I could have had my rifle a lot sooner, but I am a satisfied customer as a result.

My thought too.

Ordered an adaptor from them on Feb 3 and they took payment right away. Later I was checking on it and noticed it was on bo. My bad for not noticing that when I was ordered it. However after a couple weeks went by I asked for a refund if it wasn't going to be shipping any time soon. They responded and said it will ship within the week. I got a tracking number on Feb 19 but as of now it still doesn't show any movement in usps and I haven't received it. Pretty sad .

I run a multi million dollar parts dept and believe me, I know stuff happens out of your control but customer service is paramount to keeping satisfied customers.

I know it's only a $40 part but I would still like to finish my gun.

Trying to be patient with my Hawk order.... Emailed 2 weeks ago and did get a prompt reply saying they had overlooked my order and would get it out right away. Hmmm. Still waiting.

Good luck Seems they have an excuse for everything. Dispute the charge and get your money back. It may be a good gun ,but its a poorly run company with no customer service. 

 

Weirdness going on at GTA. This morning I saw that the vendor gates are removed, then for some reason I have been banned permanently? Why post this here? Because Travis now runs GTA and he is the subject of chatter. See Jacob's response:

Felix did you check to see if it's a glitch in the system as I've heard of people that thought they were banned but weren't ...... I also am pleased with my raptor also and I never saw anything you posted that was suspect....try clearing your cookies and site data to see if that solves it.

Felix, I've just checked the member list and you are on it so I'm sure you're not banned

yep, just tried again and still banned. I got in with a bit of trickery, but oh well. I saw at another forum many others were also banned, so probably a bad keystroke by the moderator?
