JSAR Raptor .30

JSAR2, you have not answered my question asked above, to wit: "Has anyone actually received one of the Raptors yet? I have been hearing rumors about when they were going to begin shipping them since before last Christmas! So far I have not seen any unboxing pictures or targets yet…I was putting off buying one until I could see some member feedback, but now I am wondering if anyone even received one yet?"

I would like to know if you have shipped any of the guns that many members of this forum have paid for up front, and have been patiently waiting to receive for many months now. You come on here and talk about how they perform and how easy it is to swap barrels and probes ect. but I am yet to hear anyone here say they actually got one in their hands yet. So what is your answer to this question?

Chuck were in a holding point right now waiting for Ninja Paintball to finish up the adjustable regulators so the answer is no. As soon as Ninja ships us the regs we will be sending out the guns. We tested the regs ourselves and had our engineers build them to withstand high pressures but Ninja wanted to do their own testing and who can blame them its a liability for them and both parties need to be sure the product is safe(it is). So I believe they are doing there testing right now and will release the reg. to us soon. So what I see happening is a bunch of guns going out at the same time and a flood of information will be posted at the same time, meanwhile i will do my best to share what I know and provide videos to answer questions I hope this answers your question in full Chuck. I suggest if anyone needs detailed information about the product they call the shop and go to ext. 2 Travis will answer any questions in detail. But once things are all ironed out then the wait times are quickly shortened and product flows rapidly its just how things work in this business.

Very cool that thing got some power!!

Also Chuck I'm not sure which gun your talking about but what I found on a different forum was the Raptors introduced and made available to purchase about the beginning of April of this year.

Maybe your thinking about the AAA EVOL Tac? Would make more sense as I ordered my .22 about 19 weeks ago. And I only know of a few that have them in .30 but more should be getting them soon.

I can't answer your question as to why you would make things up but I do agree with you that it would be business suicide to do so.

You say some members here will have your guns in their hands very very soon... I sincerely hope so!

I just can't seem to shake this feeling that something doesn't add up here though...

Thats perfectly fine Chuck because you dont know me or my work or the projects and guns ive developed over the past 10 years so you have nothing to go bye. I can say this its quite easy to figure out mathematically what a air rifle can do if given the plenum size(80cc) and barrel length (22inches) and TP size (110% of bore size) then use the operating pressures 2000-4500 PSI this many members here are well versed in so just run the numbers its simple math. Ill bow out from here on and just let the work speak for itself when reviewers and owners chime in. thanks for listening JSAR

Chuck, Patients Sir!

JSAR is committed to bring one of the most ironed out, finely engineered AG's to come along in a very long while. As were the WAR offerings which Travis was involved in as well.

We will now have two very fine AG from the US. The AAA's from Tom and now the Raptors from JSAR. + WAR offerings when they can be had. Is a wonderful time to be an AirGuner!

The new Reg is a totally new design, with innovation that will make life easier for many of us. Yes, it is a fantastic idea, and seems to work well. However, it was not simply plug and play for the vendor for the raptor. It had to be engineered by JSAR and produced by Ninja.

JSAR cannot control any issues with Jinja, and I understand everything is coming along on track.

I am very anxious to try the new offering from JSAR, But like Travis and crew, I want to see it fly from the get go. Not plagued with issues as is so often the case with new designs and brought to market before it is properly ironed out.

We've all see it, and many of us have lived it. Thanks to people like Ernest Rowe, it gets worked out. But it is not the best way to conduct business!

I for one appreciate the attention to detail, and the stern doubling down on insisting on top quality and performance that can be counted on, day in, day out. Certainty worth a few months of waiting in my life! ;<)
