Has anyone besides me had trouble getting JSAR to return an email? I have money invested in a Raptor and I can’t get them to tell me a estimated date of delivery or if it has even been started.
JSAR is not the fastest at responding , however , they are a fledgling company and they did list any orders were pre ordered with an approximate 6 week ship time. they know they can't burn their customer base and hope to succeed. It will be a painful wait , but i'm sure they will get your gear to you as soon as they can.
Having emailed and called jsar, it seems that there are no idle hands @ this company. Every one is building, testing, shipping, etc. I talked to one of the guys who was @ the range.
To the OP: You have posted this on both AGN and the GTA. Travis plainly stated that they are getting covered up by e-mails and to call using extension 2 to talk to him directly. I doubt you have been waiting since early July like I have. I would rather they work on my and others Raptors than answer a lot of e-mails. How about you?
I have the luxury of working about a mile away from JSAR; I visit about very other week. I ordered my Raptor back in mid July and have been chompin' at the bit. They are always happy to explain the manufacturing challenges openly, give me an updated tour of the shop and their progress, then let me hold Raptors to ease my anxiety Let me tell you, they are custom building and testing every rifle to the point where it is as advertised before shipping. Being a new company, they are at a learning curve especially when it comes to getting components from other suppliers that do not meet their requirements as expected. This causes delays. I am fully confident that when I get my Raptor, it will be correct and as expected. They are working on better communication as well.
