JAPAN Crimson Trace 5 this time $699 for $1799.99 scope!

Looking forward to comparing it with my 2.5-15x50 Argos Ares BTR Gen2. If the Crimson Trace doesn't stack up I am returning it and never gonna look further than Athon. At Almost $1800 msrp it will be the most expensive scope I have ever looked through, owned, touched and handle. I am really curious how much better it can get if any ( to my untrained eye my Athlon is the perfect glass?)

As far as another rifle there is absolutely no budget for that. What I will probably do is use that scope on my 6.5 creedmor in the range to practice some long shots because now I have on a Vortex Hoghunter 3-12x56 which is purpose build for hog hunting with no holdover marks, just a center illuminated dot. So I am just gonna put QD rings on the hog hunter to switch to the couple of times per year that I go hog hunting.

I'm in the same boat as you, as I have 3 of the 2.5-15x50 Ares BTR Gen2 scopes. So far, they are the best all around scope that I've found for under $600. I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts. I'd be really surprised if the turrets are as nice. With my luck, you'll find the CT scope to be nicer, and then they'll be sold out!

Thanks for posting this deal BTW.

Definitely man. I will make a comparison posting a video this time. I bought this smartphone adapter for scopes. I actually posted a couple of weeks ago here a few min clio of the view through the Hawke Sidewinder in my backyard. The footage was crystal clear better actually in my opinion from what I see in other YouTube videos through tactacam and etc..
