Don't know to many people who eat jacks, but I bagged some today. Any recipes would help, I do cottontails, but never jack . Are they worth eating, they're big n have plenty meat, are tick free, n have no tumors .Hard to tell the clarity of the eyes, they we're hit in the head n bleed lots. Let me know if I shld go through n dress, or leave em for the coyotes. I have them in ice chest full of ice. I did see one coyote crossing the vineyard this am . Thanks guys, appreciate it .
