Does anyone know if there is an issue at Alliance Hobby in Ohio? Placed an order on 9/27. Got a tracking # on 9/30 showing label had been created. NO movement since then. USPS indicates item never received from shipper. Have sent three e-mails { only way to contact } no response to date. Chat line has been turned off. Very unusual, as I have dealt with these folks before and never had any issues

Maybe some sort of health issue ,as it is not like them to not answer e-mails or phone calls. hope not a nefarious issue. Checked last night ,my credit card was charged on 9/30 so something is up

Read the BBB reviews / complaints. Mine not posted yet on BBB site Seems this guy has turned into a scammer. Sends you a tracking # but never delivers the goods after payment!! BEWARE!!

I had a very good experience with this merchant. I placed an order and then sent an email to follow up a couple of days later. He responded to my email within minutes. My order was shipped by Priority mail that day, as he told me it would be in the email. Received 2 days later and everything was perfect.
The parts were high quality and installation was quick and easy, using directions he included in the package.
I will be happy to do business with him again.
