Be sure the inline filter connections that connects to the quick connect is tight and filter if you have just replaced it and not tightened enough completely unscrew wrap teflon tape on threads and retighten. 

I would also try to wrap the bleeder screw with a lot of Teflon tape and screw it in tight and see if that fixes it. If so then your replacement seals aren't seated properly you may try to flip them around and reseat them. Of it has a drain screw wrap teflon tape on those threads too make tight.

If still no go then remove the cover and tighten all the bolts you see around the skinny pipes and the motor itself then try filling. Unholy the screws underneath and unplug the wire connectors to access motor to tighten bolts.

If still no go then watch the video tighten where you missed try fill again. 

If still nope then follow video rebuild instructions.

Hopefully a rebuild kit may have been included. Looks rather simple to DIY...

Check both bleeder screws, if that doesn’t work out the rebuild kit in it. It could be one of the check valves in it.

You can fix them just buy extra service kits and always have one to use as a spare and at least you have a complete doner in case of major failure so at least it's kinda worthwhile buying another.

There was a crack in the high pressure tube from the cyl. head to the output connection. (picture between blak marks)

Very strange........

Take it to a shop to have them Weld-Braze it simple! Might even be free from a local mom and pops iron works welding shop just tell them high pressure cracked it. Maybe even a local hydraulic and Air shop can do it as well.
