ISO Prod Alternative Stock Options

Hi Folks!

I’ve been pretty unhappy with the default skeleton stock on my P-Rod and have been looking into alternatives. I’m seeing a lot of us using the RAI adapters with AR stocks (which is pretty expensive). I was wondering if any of you have had any success with other alternatives or have any recommendations.

(I.e. the buck-rail AR adapter/stock combo: looks good and is relatively inexpensive, but I can’t find any reliable customer reviews)

Thanks in advance,

Simonjello

There are lots of good reviews of the buck-rail. Decent length thread on GTA is where I first heard of it and decided to get one. It is solid enough and the knockoff magpul stock is a really good copy. Just had to put a little duct tape on the "buffer tube" to tighten the fitment to remove some stock to tube wobble. It uses a long bolt from the stock so it has some structural strength added to the 3d printing. Much better cheek weld than the crosman stock. It is worth it.

I to was on a mission to find an affordable P-rod stock. While I was looking I found a strap on cheek piece from Voodoo Tactical. It was under 15 bucks and free shipping from Amazon. With about 30 minutes of messing with it I ended up with this. Holds 3 mags on the one side. Extra pellets, tools or what ever on opposite side. So happy with it I quit looking for a replacement.

Thank you all for the replies!

The voodoo tactical looks like a great fix with a lot of added utility, however, while it fixes the cheek weld issue, the length of pull on the skeleton stock is still a little too long. With the price point that low, I may as well give it a try.

and thank you for the other suggestions, I will look further into them. I really appreciate your input!
