Is this info on M3 operation correct?

You can adjust the front valve adjuster with air in the gun. (as long as it's not cocked)

You can adjust the Quick Tune barrel roller with air in the gun. (as long as it's not cocked)

You can adjust the rear Power Wheel with air in the gun. (as long as it's not cocked)

You can adjust the rear regulator with air in the gun (as long as it's not cocked)

You can only adjust the front regulator with NO air in the gun. (as long as it's not cocked)

I second that... Never make any adjustments with the rifle cocked and only adjust the first reg when it's empty. Also, don't decrease the second reg without a dry fire in between adjusting and never more than a about a 1/4 turn or less except if the rifle is void of air; if no air in rifle you can make second regulator adjustments without firing to settle the regulator.
