Is this a Crow Mag?

For me the giveaway is the forearm with cheekpiece. The picture from Willy looks like an Olympus from the checkering on the forearm (same as SLR98), and a very short cheekrest. The one from kingfisher looks like a Sirocco. Raised checkering with no widening (SLR98/Olympus) vs. inlaid checkering on a thicker forearm. Don't be surprised if the gun is misrepresented in the secondhand market. It has happened to me quite a few times, usually in my favor.

I'm fascinated by this thread because I now realize just how little I know about Theobens. I know the Eliminator (Crow Mag) was the big dog, and the Evolution was more of a mid-powered gas piston rifle. I have heard of the Sirocco but, until now, I had not heard of the Olympus. I couldn't find much else info, even after some review of the most recent edition of the BB of Airguns. How do all of these fit into the Theoben lineup? (setting aside the SLR) And could Chrony testing of these guns definitively prove what model they are, assuming each had the pressure adjusted to the max recommended pressure? Or is it more complicated than that?

This was sold to me as an Evo, but Sonny says it's an Olympus. What do you think. There's no Evolution markings on it.

Evo, Sirocco, or Olympus, I say it doesn't matter - that's a particularly good-looker John, even for a Theoben. Love the mineral streaks in that one, and it looks pretty bad-ass with that moderator.
