Wow that is a very long wait!! To think that I got impatient waiting for a couple three months for FX parts and I thought I was a patient man. Congrats on yer soon to be delivered EVOL enjoy.

I remember waiting 10 months for what was to be a 3 month work load for my 23.75" LW, extended reservoir, shroud, full tune of my Greg Davis .22 Marauder. Oh that waiting was torturous as it was my only great PCP at the time.

Looking forward to your impressions after a couple weeks. The AAA have many features that attract me. You ordered the exact gun I have come close to ordering a handful of times now. What energy level are planning to set it up for? What ammo are you planning on? Just curious.

I do have to say though, if you run a company and it takes 17 months to fill an order, then I would plan to not be in business too long. I'm a noob here, so I know very little about American Air Arms. They may be the best air gun manufacturer in the galaxy.... and maybe that reputation will keep them going. I love the fact that they are made in the USA. However, the main goal of any business is to make money. With 17 month wait times, you are ultimately putting the hands of your company into a very select group of people (people willing to wait 17 months for an item) and I just can't see that many people out there willing to wait that long. I mean, you can plan, build and move into a custom built home in that amount of time.
Maybe it's a business model I just don't understand.

If quality at all reflects length of build time, you'll have a real winner! I've considered getting one of these myself, but simply could not justify it..... Yet. I don't mind waiting at all. As long as the quality is there.
