I just finished putting together a Crosman 1377 with a Marauder 26" barrel, steal breach and rifle stock and I was sighting it in today and I could easily hit cans and water bottles at 40 meters which is the limit of my backyard range. I'm reasonably sure the longer barrel increased the velocity and reach. Is it capable of reaching 100 meters without further modifications? I also shoot a 1322 with 14.6" barrel, steal breach and rifle stock and I may change the barrel to something in the 18-24" range if that means more velocity and more reach. I'm not yet into power mods but I am researching them. I'm retired and only rediscovered the joys of airgunning in 2021 due to the CCP pandemic and retirement meaning I have lots of time on my hands. I used to shoot Crosman airguns back in the 80's but the availability of custom parts was scarce back then. I've purchased parts for my guns from around the world thanks to the internet and learning about the hobby on YouTube and on this forum.
