Is it just me or are the Fx Crown owners "strangely silent and withdrawn?"

yes even ted biber said he was going to do more with the crown and others as well.
why the silence you crown owners!would love to see some groups at 50 and 100 yards

I agree. I need all the help I can get with my next purchase. The Crown seems like a perfect package, but is it??? Enquiring minds need to know...Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe they are too busy shooting! Oh the jealous is palpable!!! (I am talking about myself)

They are spending all their time in front of a Chrono and bench finding the right setting for that one pellet.

I posted my 100yd 1/2” group, then sold my Crown. Crown was very nice, but .25 felt like a Howitzer in my small yard. I bought a 22 Wildcat with Sumo to have something quiet and not too long. 

Ever notice how you only hear about something....when there is something wrong with it? Guess all the Crown owners are too busy shooting and grinning. (ok, i'm jealous )

Green is not my color, except in Laminate which I’m still waiting for. When it arrives, I’ll post for sure.

I own a walnut Crown in .25. My current shooting range in the backyard is 35 yards. I get 96 shots with the power wheel set on 25/30 and the HS set on 5. That is sending the pellet 25.39 down range at 887 to 901 FPS. I need to do more chronograph work. Had a few problems with the chronograph but no time to sort out right now. It shoots a ragged hole if you do your part. I am enjoying the Crown. Maybe some crown owners are 
just not super vocal. Me included. 
Tomcat Airguns did a little part on the Crown when he hit a golf ball at 250 yards! That is some amazing shooting.

Just got an update on my crown it will be in next Wednesday, hopefully. After I’m done shooting and putting the gun through it’s paces I will give a full review. I had the gun tuned by Utah Airguns before they shipped it out, so I can’t wait to see what it will do with the 34 grain jsb. 

I am sure they all struck gold and got greedy and made a blood oath to protect and preserve their precious

@Zeringue: I read on the forums you need to get 34 grain jsbs upto 895-910 fps to get the best performance which is difficult with the crown.

Grin_Reaver Utah Airguns test fired my gun it will be shooting around 875. They adjusted the regulator to the safest high pressure that FX allows.

That is why it took eight months to get mine. I refused to sign the agreement that I would not share any information. I finally gave in and signed. Sure enough it was in the mail. You all wonder what X in the X-barrel system is. Now you know..... Top Secret!
The guys that did give some information are in hiding now. Heck Tominco even had to change the name of his youtube channel.

This has been mentioned before and here's what I believe the silence is all about.
It's multiple levels...
A) Consider that the Impact was the predecessor to the Crown. They share the ability to fine tune multiple adjustments. The Impact was talked about a LOT! So, those discussions are redundant in some sense. 
B) A limited number of Crowns were released just before a major shooting event. Guys who were getting ready for that event had competition on their minds. 
C) The Impacts had issues. I don't think anyone would doubt that. I think FX learned what areas they could improve on and implemented those improvements in the Crown. So, the Crown owners don't have much to talk about in that regard. 
D) Barrel Kits. I haven't checked in a while but, are they out yet? 
E) It's Winter. It gets dark early and it's freakin' cold. Those two things make it harder on a lot of shooters to get out and shoot. 
F) It's also major holiday season. Thanksgiving - The most traveled holiday of the year. Christmas - the biggest holiday of the year. Halloween - the scariest holiday??
Heck! I'm crossing the country right now. See how much I care about you guys? I brought you all with me!  
Personally, I haven't fired my Crown once since EBR. I've just been way too busy with other things. 
Those are my thoughts on it.

​I got my .25 crown in early November and have put about 1,200 down the pipe so far. I have it tuned to push the 34g MKII at 830 fps, set up per Ted’s instructional video. I’m getting 80 shots on the reg with this setup. Below are some 100 yard 5 shot groups and the last target is 10 shots in a row between 10 and 100 yards, just to validate the range tape i made for my viper pro. The low hit at 90 yards I think was due to the gusty wind condition on that day

Not sure what you all think about this, but with the Impact (with all caliber options) + the Royale 500 (my favorite caliber) in tha house, the Crown didn’t fully got my attention.......
very nice looking, and so on. 
But the other way. If I first got the Crown, then the Royale and the Impact wouldn’t be on my wishing list.
