Intenseaty22’s Walther LGV Master Pro .22

The UPS app says rifle is out for delivery today. Will see... But even if it’s tomorrow, and this has been brought up before, 4-5 days from Order to Delivered, from the Netherlands!!! 

She’s here! Will take me some time to set up and shoot, but in the meantime here’s a sneek preview. As much character as Beechwood can have? 

OK. So, was actually able to finish setting up and took a few shots before the rain came in and put a damper on my giddiness. Will try and upload quality pics later. For now here’s a 3 shot grou with AirArms 16gr .22 @ 30 yards. This is about 1/3 inch or so. No chrony, no other pellets tested. Will continue to post here as I go along.

The shot cycle is not bad at all considering it’s brand spanking new. The trigger is interestingly enough, really not that bad. Not much in the way of twang either. Not as silent as my .177, but then again I have a DonnyFL on that one. 

I have two types of pellets you could test if you want to. H&N FTT 14.66 grain and the H&N Baracuda Green 12.65 grain. Both shoot exceptionally well in mine.

Thanks. Pretty sure I have both of those. I know for sure I have the greens. Sunday is my next day off, maybe then. 

OK. A little shooting report on a breezy Sunday afternoon. Trying the H/N Barracuda Greens. Not even gonna show the groups. We are looking at about 4+ inch center to center at 30 yards. 

Same here with the 21.14 Barracudas. I might as well be throwing them by hand. 

A little better with the Predator Polymags, but still somewhat embarrassing at about 2” groups at 30. No wind factor btw. I had high hopes for this ones. 1, they are ruthless hunters 2, they make less than 0.5 inch groups with in .177 model. 

CPHPs are promising. Perhaps they will grow into the gun later on. Right now about one inch group at 30, with some going into the same hole. 

OK. Starting to get respectable results. The CP Domes 14.3gr show their stuff:

Ladies & Gentlemen, so far, it looks like we have a Wiener !!! Not that this would be a surprise to anyone, but Damn! JSB can make a pellet. 

JSB Exact Jumbo Heavy Diabolo 18.13gr at 30 yards x 5. That is about 1/4 inch. This is a stock gun. No alterations have been made (yet) 

Most definitely not the flat trajectory of the .177. Just took a shot at a squirrel at 20 yards and missed miserably by misjudging my hold under. However, the Chipmunk that just decided to take a dirt nap at 15 yards from me was not so lucky. 

Tried a few others, H/N Hornets, JSB 14, etc. All just not so hot. The Air arms 16 & the JSB 18s are pretty wicked though.
