Incoming Hurricane!

So I bought a Webley Hurricane tonight.
I had a Tempest and recently gave it to my son, so I' was looking for another to replace it when I came across this Hurricane.
I really liked the red dot setup and it was in the caliber I was looking for (,22), so I pulled the trigger (pun intended).

I can't wait to get it!

Nice looking pistol! I had a Tempest back in the day and on a good day I could hit a barn with it. Admittedly I didn't invest a lot of time in getting to know the gun-I got discouraged and sold it quickly. They were built solid, I will say that.

Interesting that they modified a short picatinny rail for the sight mount. If possible when you get your hurricane can you let me know what was done for fitment.

I just received my Webley Hurricane .22 cal and I couldn't be more happy. I'm guessing the pistol is close to 30 years old but to me, it looks brand new. I shot the pistol for the first time today and it's very accurate and has plenty of power. And I really like the red dot added by the previous owner. What a great pistol!

BTW, I placed the red dot on it's highest setting for the photo. That's why it looks big.

It came with the original rear sight as well as the original grips and scope mount too!
