In Your Humble Opinion Marauder .25 Bulldog .357

I have shot predator polymag 357 out to about 65 yard with very good results 1inch or better maybe a little under or a little over but not by much.

The .25 polymags were the best pellet in my marauder.

Bulldog ..... Nielsen Specialty Ammo. 95 gr. Swaged Hollowpoint sized to .357 is devastating at 100 yards on bunnies (instant kill) at around 33 cents a bullet. Have not got to try one on a Coyote or Hog yet! It is my Favorite round for the "Dog"!

Nielsen 126 grain Bobs Boat tail cast are also great at about 22 cents a bullet but I cast my own hollow point in this weight that works very well (also sized to .357).

forget Diabolo shaped pellets for the Bulldog ... they work well but the gun LIKES bullet shaped projectiles!

I've shot the Nielsen 126, good bullet but my bulldog doesn't just love them. For varmints I've used the JSB Diabolo pellets, very tight groups up to 100 yards. I have noslers, but they are too expensive. 

I have a marauder, but I'd rather shoot my Bulldog most of the time. 

I use Air Arms 25.4gr in my 25 Marauder, basically the same as 25.39gr JSB Kings. 

I have the .22 Syn-Rod and a good friend has the .25 and I can speak for what I've seen the .25 do with my own two eyes. That weapon is the best Marauder caliber that Crosman makes IMHO. That is a same hole rifle at 50 yards all day long, it hits like a truck and offers very reasonable ammo cost. So if it is not evident yet, my vote is for the Syn-Rod .25.

Yes the Mileage seems to vary Bulldog to Bulldog. Mine as I said shoots the 126's well and my cast hollow points well but I have sent rounds to a forum member ajshoots who's Bulldog scattered the group like a shotgun. Kind of like the early days of the .22 Marauder when getting a good barrel was a roll of the dice!
