In the game!

Another barrel band and a spare hammer spring (incase I want to try detuning) on the way from crossman, who are a pleasure to deal with by the way and the 20 percent off tuesday deal is very cool. Need to install sling studs, clean the barrel etc., fill cap to TKO for milling. I love the feel of this gun! Can't wait to put some pellets through her! And, Hawke puts out some quality glass, can't believe the crispness. My first experiece with adjustable objective - sweet. I'll keep you guys posted and thanks again for all the help, i'm sure I'll have more questions.

Good deal, you'll enjoy it. On the fill cover cap they are very easy to sand down to clear the mod, I just score them with a file to make a straight line then wrap sand paper around the m/b ( or correct size dowell) and with 1 minute sanding it fits, stop sanding right when you can see the groove for the o-ring starting to show.

And though I would try copying the "IMG" line ffrom your photo album

Thanks, guys! It's very cool sharing this with guys who love this stuff, too. After work I cleaned the barrel, set up a target at fifty yards, zeroed the fx no limits (was about a foot low), shot a couple nice groups, dialed the airmax a little. Then I was losing light so, I pumped her up again and put 3 shots in 1/2 an inch at fifty yards. First 3 shots of the second fill. I've only had 19 shots through her including this group. I love this gun! John, thanks for the info, I would have tried that if I hadn't just mailed the thing off to TKO. I am going to try your advice wiyh the pics, though:
