Ive always liked carbines so when I saw the Matador, I said wow, I had to have one. I immediately added Donny’s extension, replacing the lighter weight (less effective....maybe) one. Still a bit loud for my backyard shooting but in always thinking ahead, meaning only that knew I would be purchasing more acccesoies and with the threaded end, I added a suppressor. My choices were the Fatboy, which was ruled out just based on looks on the R3, the Sumo, and a Huggett Belita. The sumo is a bit quieter but the Huggett is shorter, sleeker looking. I love Donny’s work but think I know the road I’m going to take. I Have a Matador long in .25 coming this week........so at close to 36” as is, what to do?

I think you just need a list of wants and put them in order of most important to less important. Make your choice based on that. If very quiet is #1, and OAL is last, you go with the Sumo. But only you know what your priorities are. Good luck.

Yes, took me a beautiful day outside to decide. Sticking with the Huggett. I get a click or a slightly louder click. Donny’s sumo is awesome but I think it’s meant for something else.

Sleek yes but over 7” long....the Belita is under 5”.
I Purchased the R3 from a member and went from there.

Very nice rifle!!! I have one of Donny's adapters on my R3M short and was thinking about adding the belita also. Been going back and forth about coughing up the $200 because my matador is backyards friendly already imo. Of course everyone has a different opinion of backyard friendly.

I have a Decimeater on my AA s200 and it shoots like a hiccup. About the same design, size, and effectiveness as the benchmark Weihrauch moderator.
