So, unfortunately, had a fire in a shed its pretty destroyed, but I had my Maverick Case and my extra barrel kit basically (shroud, liner, pellet probe, some extra stuff too and some pellets/slugs in the case luckily the firefighters showed up before it quickly spread still not entirely sure how it started but the man did that case take a beating and survive, luckily it didn't melt at all but took a good beating from the high powered hose from the firefighters and it looks like it was in the heat but nothing actually melted the case. Anyway, all I'm saying is I'm impressed how much of a beating this case took and everything inside seems to be fine. Gotta call and see if the barrel is safe to put on the gun anyone had their barrels left in the heat? I dont see any "warping" or anything. Might just call FX USA and see if they can take a look at it not sure. Anyway impressed with the case's durability.
