Been putting some thought into what’s been going on lately. It is quite interesting really.
First some history. For years AOA is the sole FX distributor. For what ever reason they have a falling out and AOA try to fill the void left by FX with Daystate Airguns (Brocock). Beautiful guns but are they really going to be the right gun to compete directly with FX and particularly the fx Impact.
Fx announces the .35 Impact. This should be quite a gun and is bound to include some real changes to the Impact that will take the power of the gun up a step . Daystate don’t have any gun that will be in direct competition with the .35 Impact.
AoA announce they will become the sole distributor for American Air Arms.... A small bespoke company that makes beautiful guns but at the moment struggles to meet demand. Maybe there is more to this deal? Have AoA found just what they have been looking for. A very high quality gun with some very unique features to go in direct competition with FX?
It would be in there interest to help make sure AAA can met production demand so maybe we are about to see the start of another real player in the high quality airgun market. It has a lot going for it. Looks great Shoots slugs very well and is made in the USA!
Are we going to see a lot more Evol rifles at Extreme Bench Rest next year?
