Impact-SS barrel sleeves?

If you notice on air hunters latest YouTube video of Gerhard’s new silver impact it has what looks like a stainless or non blued barrel sleeve, is this custom or something for future impacts? ( I would hope it’s stainless! ) want to add if it is SS it must be polished! stainless in the raw isn’t that shiny?

Which video are you talking about? I just tried to find a silver Impact in the recent and some other videos and couldn't find anything. I'd like to see what you're talking about. I've been removing the anodizing from many of my Impacts parts and polishing the aluminum to a mirror finish. The barrel is the last part I have to do and I'm debating if I should just make an aluminum shroud or polish the one I have. I'd like to see what you're talking about. Thanks, Stoti

I was on Kraford & Lypt’s web site calculated how much $$$ to outfit a impact like that, about $600.00 plus!!! saw all there accessories at the PAcup high quality equipment for sure, well engineered and machined!

After going back and reading edosan’s topic SILVER SURFER, I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a tj barrel “liner” in Gerard’s silver impact? Instead of Fx’s barrel sleeve...
