I made a video about Impact X 25 shooting JSB king hevies 33.95grain with all mods and 60cc External Plenum from Pani - Punisher ( here on forum PaniSD). Can say how much improvement was that, so glad to get external plenum from him. Solid build, good sealing, 6mm hole, rounded edges inside , rouded hole inlet inside ... nice work he do. What to say ... Thx PaniSD for such support and tips tuning my gun

Got mine today too. I had already prepped the gun for it so all I had to do was screw it on. I put in the 6.5mm valve seat ahead of time and machined the valve body already. Mine is a .25 X as well.

I have it turned down to 120 bar and it is shooting 33.95 MK2's at 900FPS at the minimum hammer setting. Although max hammer doesn't do a great deal more. Maybe another 25fps. At minimum hammer setting it only varies by 2fps on either side of 900fps.

Neilsen 29 grain slugs are 930fps. I can shoot them much higher but will try this setting for now.

Really happy with the plenum from PaniSD.

Shot count has gone up but not sure how much yet. Got dark out too soon.

Thanks,

Jeremy

Im hapoy seeing people using my plenums ... I have done a lot of efort and many designs to get where it is now. Basic idea was there but made it safe working was a time consumer.

Anyway, thanks to you all for good words and for all that got them from me ... pla have in mind ita a life time waranty on those pcs.

My current setup is ...

External plenum 60cc .30 with 50.15grain jsb 700mm barel on 130bar valve on 2.5 lines, hamer on 16mm 960fps easy 😀😀😀

Sugestion:

As per many many testings I believe the set up of a gun in getting proper speed with more shot cound ia like this.

Example ... yoi want to shoot 920fps and you can do it with 110bar in .25 with hamer maxed and valve on 3-4 lines

Its better to go 120 or 130bar getting 980fps or more than reduce hamer and valve go down between 2_3lines max

On that way you will get more shots actualy shorter air burts due valve opening less.

Its just something that works just fine for me .

Matt Dubber also talked about this is one of his videos months ago. He said it's better for accuracy to use higher reg pressure and shorter open time on the valve. 👍

@heavy-impact

Thats good, I watched his videos but probably missed that one but at the end we have come up with same solution. Today gona test new barrel including liner indexing, and accuracy test up to 100m and fine tune to get the best of .30 cal. Will post some results.

Thanks to this forum and information share, we are here where we are now ... we all learn a lot and Im glad I can share my findings to.
