They need to update the barrel schematics as neither apply to the newer X barrels with liners.

I will be ordering all O-rings from the list Texagdds made, Short of A31/C3 O-rings. (C3 is upgraded with a Delrin bumper that can be bought on Ebay.) I will be making 9 kits with my current order but can make more if there is a demand. All O-rings will be bagged and labeled with location. (Example A2 .177) All kits will come with .177/.22/.30 barrel probe O-Ring. Please PM me if interested. I'm asking $20 per kit shipped.
If someone knows where to get the Delrin bumper cheaper than eBay please let me know. Hope this helps out.

Does someone know what the o-ring sizes are for the different caliber liners....talking about the 3-4 o-rings that are spaced across the liner...between the liner and sleeve?

Thanks so much for your work. Color me stupid though but I can’t seem to identify the o-rings that go over the exterior of the barrel liner. Can anyone help me identify those? I need some for a .22 Dream Pup, .25 and .30 MKII impacts.

- 6.02 x 2.62 for .177
- 5.23 x 2.62 for .22
- 5.50 x 2 .00 for .25
- 6.35 x 1.27 for .30

Note: All o-rings above are NBR 70 but your may use other materials and durometer without issues...

Adding more doesn't seem to make a difference, but hey, experimenting and having fun is what is all about it!...What makes a noticeable difference is removing them from the bushing that attaches to the sleeve to hold the liner, if these o-rings are removed the gun becomes very peaky and pellet fussy.

Do you know what the size of the oring seal inside female foster quick connection for refill the gun ? Thanks

One I didn't see listed was 8 X 1mm for the 1/2 UNF barrel liner holder thingy.. Just replaced 2 on my impact

Yes, 010 is the correct size...Try to get 90 in the Duro scale (Buna 90) and if you don't find this hardness, switch to VITON 90 or at least 75 in the duro scale...
Buna 70 are OK but don't last too long, 90 is better for the higher pressures...I've used Viton 90 very successfully, I haven't changed any of these o-rings in 3+ years of heavy use but the availability of Viton in certain sizes might be an issue.
