Impact MkII, Impact-X & Impact O-Ring List: 3-14-19 Update

You’re correct. I did find a supplier (or so I thought) but when received were not the right specs so I took the link down. I’m still searching for that one. Luckily, From my discussions with fx- that is the least replaced rubber part. The most common are the breach oring and the ones that slide on the barrel to keep it aligned.

I've since found a couple of potential suppliers of precision ground nitrile rubber balls. Found them to NMR 70 and NMR 90, but only from suppliers that require you to submit a request for a quote. Only one place had anything "off the shelf", so probably a relatively high priced minimum purchase, but I'll check it out. Good to hear they don't require much replacing.

As Heavy Impact wrote, we really appreciate the time and work you put in to this, it is much appreciated. I saved this for future use 

I am a bit confused and maybe you can help me out. I ordered all the o-rings on the list and then started trying to match them up with the schematic and I end up with a bunch of extras. Is there a newer Schematic for the Impact X.

Thanks again for the list. I tried to look for b23 o-ring as McMaster ships only inside US. Hopefully there is another manufacturer that sells internationally.

looks as though C39 is still listed as 9x1.5 nbr 90, am no expert but my Impact X has a 10x1.5 nbr 90.

When reassembling my Impact today after some mods, I realized that there is no o-ring listed for the valve seat, and the valve pin. Does anyone know the size of those? The parts drawing just shows the assemblies, and not a separate o-ring. 

I had the valve seat o-ring off, and best I could measure looks like 6.75mm ID and 1.5mm thickness, so it will be close to that. I didn't take the tiny valve pin o-ring off, since I may not have one that will work, and I didn't want to risk damaging it. It looks very similar to the microscopic o-rings on the regulator.

Rusty the small one on the end of the valve rod is

2.2x1 NBR70

Rusty, the one on the valve seat is 7 x 1.5 mm. I had a leak and that was the only one that I didn’t buy when I used the schematics to order. On the FX master series Ernest points that one out. Tyler
