Found a local shooting range near my house to go shoot at the max range of 263 yards. You can see the white gong in the picture.

I’m loving my MKII! Ken prepped and tuned this rifle very well. I set up a steel plate at 130 yards which is the sand. Beyond that the range had some gongs set up for centerfire rifles. I scored some hits on the 263 yard gong in 14 mph winds, only had to hold 2 mil for wind with my .30.

130 yards was too easy.. just hit after hit when I dialed for wind.

Thought id share my fun day with you guys, I’m getting a membership there, so hopefully more posts will follow this.

    This rifle rocks!

Does your shroud have M20x1 or 1/2" UNF threads to mount the moderator ?

    Thanks guys,

Little more info.. rifle tuned my Ken Hicks shooting 47 grain pellets at the average of 912 FPS for two magazines. It falls off the reg at shot 43 or so but I get 40 great powerful shots from this rifle. The 580cc tank comes in handy with the extra air!

Oh yeah, the hi-cap bottle would be nice!

Looks like you took your time getting her setup properly.

Yes sir! Sure pays off when it comes to “long range” air gun shooting. I need to get a level for my scope to make sure all my shots are perfect for that range.

Your slug shooting rifle is awesome too! I hope FX comes out with a slug liner soon in .30 cal.

Thank you! Get one for sure, I might do the whole double tank down the road if I up the power.

6 shots at 70 yards I pulled one, other five are about .25 mil size. Pretty good for me I don’t really shoot groups at all. The rifle sure can shoot!

Congrats on the accuracy! Ken does a great job. The 580 tank should become the new standard. The only thing I like better than a 580 tank is TWO 580 tanks.

Leaving with a full gun and one refill gets me through a full tin of  44.75 .30s!

I’ll eventually go with the dual bottle setup for more shots, but for now the single bottle works!

Just get yourself a tank, only pump it up to 250 bar and tether it to your gun when target shooting.

    Thank you for your service.

I have a large air tank, I might just keep it the way it is.

    Thank you for your support!

I am ready to pull the trigger and buy an FX Impact mk2 in 30  or 357 but am waiting to see what they do with the slug liners for 30 and for the 357 to release.
