Does any one have good luck with nsa slugs on the m3 I’m trying the 27.5gr on the 700mm superior barrel but I can make it shoot accurate I already tried different speed and reg pressure. I get a nice group than the other is bad the rifle is very consistent in the FPS. Does anybody is using nsa slugs ? Can you share your settings and barrel length caliber etc
 
My .22 700mm M3 loves the .218 27.5 NSA's, but I'm using the superior heavy liner.

The .217 & .2175 diameter slugs grouped almost as good as the .218s (and were a bit faster) at 50y and in, but at 100y+ the .217 and .2175 didn't group very well while the .218s made small groups.

I have not tried shooting them through the regular superior liner.

Pertinent mods are an Ernest Rowe dual transfer port, Huma high flow pellet probe, and the 2x hammer spring spacers from the slug power kit.

My settings are 165 first reg, 135 second reg, valve fully opened at 1.5 turns past the 4th line on a 4 line valve housing. Peak velocity with these mods and regulator pressure is 990fps, hammer was dialed back until I found max accuracy at 955fps.

I have the 2 hammer spacers humma dual transfer port slug probe 700mm carbon fiber sleeve installed the first reg 180 sometimes it creeps to over 200 bars second reg 135 I’m getting the same speed as you. Last night I noticed the screw that hold the probe was little loose I tightened. This afternoon I shoot a 5 shots group like a 1/2” tomorrow I’ll see if it was the problem

If you install this, your probe should not come loose. One of the best members here, CHUCK told me about it.

I’ll buy one thanks. One think that I noticed is that my superior liner does like heavy slugs, it loves the 23gr nsa
