Overkill? Not on that first shot. But that second shot? Mama Mia! That was a loud smack. Good footage.

took a bit to get my setup dialed in, but I'm happy that things look as well as they do. only down fall is certain light conditions to get good slow motion of pellet/slug tracking with only having 120 FPS capability on the firefly.
