I'm looking to have an adaptor made. Can anyone help me out?

From what I've been told, the end of the Daystate barrel is an M14 x 1 (metric). For the life of me, I don't know why they didn't put a 1/2x20 on the end like... just about everyone else.

I'm looking to have an adaptor made in order to change the end of the barrel into a 1/2x20 male. Something like this...

I got that picture off a thread adaptor site. They have a very good selection but no 14mm.

I think eagle vision makes one. I believe that is the same thread as the Vulcan.

No, but thanks! That one might work with the shroud on but, I want the shroud off and to install directly onto the barrel.

Thanks guys! I think I found a source for getting one custom made that I can be 100% sure will fit.

@Intenseaty22 - First off, it was really cool meeting you at EBR and I wish I had more time to chat with you! 2nd, thanks for the link! I might grab one of those just to try it out.

@Cranky1 - My thread pitch gauge tells me 1. So, I don't think a 1.25 would work. Thank you for the link.

Pleasure was all mine Tom. Both those I found seem to meet your needs. I used the Eagle Vision adapter mentioned above on my Kalibrgun, but to be honest I don’t know the thread size, only that it worked. Ask @centercut he may know exactly.

Hi Tom im at the same stage at the moment looking at getting an adaptor made. how did you go with the one you got made did it work as you expected?

@Giov08 - I tried it and didn't get good results. It seems the RW barrel likes to have it's shroud on. I may try again but, for now, I'm going shrouded.
