I'm a bit of a tinker

Hey I have a gamo with the sat trigger and the gas piston in 177 I have been scowering the web trying to find possible tunes for it I found a replacement trigger and have herd of a metal spring converted
rifle meeting my specs that really benefited from it so now I would like a replacement stock a heavy wood preferred, I'm thinking of making one any pointers threw this gamo endeavor?

All the best

The simplest thing to do with the SAT trigger is swap the useless screw they call a second stage adjustment.Like you,I did a bit of a search and found the usual repacement triggers on offer. Then I cane across this.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Bwub9yUMd4.
I only swapped out the screw behind the trigger. The screw he put in the front to take up the first stage slack was a little unnecessary I think, because that part of the pull is so soft you will feel when you hit the second stage. But how stupidly long is that second stage? You cannot be consistent with it.If you open the trigger you will see the OEM screw actually does nothing because it is too short and even screwed all the way in still doesn't touch anything.By just replacing that screw and actually making it do some adjusting you will find a massive improvement.
One tip,the screw only needs to be about 5-8mm or 1/4" longer. If you can't find a Hex grub screw like in the video just use a standard Phillips head screw but you will need to be more precise with your length as the screws head behind the trigger can stop the trigger being pulled back all the way.It took me a couple of goes but I was pleasrd with result.
Would still like to try one of Charlie Da Tunas triggers when I can get one.
Cheers Paul.

I like the look of the gold trigger a lot
i found this tune on my search
http://vortekproducts.com/ourstore/GAMO_Gaom-IGT_WHISPER_BONE-Collectore?search=Gamo It's a spring replacement back to metal spring
I saw a post on gTa from Rick eustler where he had swapped out the spring with the gamo under lever model and it did wonders for him, as I do not have this second gun I'm gonna get this kit and the grt-G4 trigger from Charlie da tuna
36 bucks for a better trigger yes please
