Very nice setup. I have 2 guns in .177, but both are springers. My next PCP will probably be in .177, just don’t know yet which one, maybe two
Joe, you ever shoot anything heavier than the 10.34s out of it? 13s? 16s?
I’ve shot H&N Sniper Magnums .177 I believe they are 15 grains they did well! @ about 813fps I would like to get some JSB.177 Monsters to try. I like the 10.34 grains though in .177, to me they are the equivalent to the (.22) JSB 18.13 grains but for a .177 cal. For trajectory reasons I prefer to shoot in the low to mid 900’s with all my PCP’s. I usually go with the pellet(s) that will give me that most accurately. FX’s usually like JSB’s.
I usually don’t care how fast they are going as long as they are consistent and group well at a usable distance (read, kill a squirrel or a rabbit) Check your PM inbox.
I do care, I’m trying to smack the sh.. out of those little pest bas..rds! And keep the trajectory flat. I like the 900’s! Grew up hunting in the swamps of Texas and Louisiana, I don’t need a book.
