I need Pump Advice Please

OH Masterminds of the Airgun world....My air supply source has dried up, or perhaps I should say it has aired out...So I'm in the market for a hand pump or compressor and need 4500PSI for 250 BAR fills...I can't afford a compressor right now may be a year or so. So I'm hoping for access to your brilliance regarding hands pumps. What say you regarding bang for the buck when considering pump performance, longevity and easy maintenance?

I have an FX 4 stage.Good so far but has not had a lot of use.If I had to buy another one,I would probably get a 3 stage as the benefit of easier pumping on stage four is only something flyweight weaklings will like. The price difference between a 3 and 4 stage is reasonable, but the easier pumping on stage 4 comes at the expense of taking longer to fill your gun/tank.

4,500psi will be pushing the hand pump a bit, much more heat and other stress than pumping to say 3,000.
So maybe the one with the best warranty and or easiest to rebuild.
That said I have a low cost hand pump (who know's the make, does have a made in Japan air guage) that will hit 4,500 with the dead head installed, I just wanted to check as I've no need to pump.

I'd like to see how much effort is required to pump to 4500,but fortunately the FX royale only has 3200 on the gauge. That is enough of a heart starter for me.Pump does get warm even at that pressure.

If you only need to pump your gun up to 250 bar, why do you want a pump that pumps to 4,500 psi (310 bar)? A Hill hand pump is the best you can get. I have one and have pumped up my 250 bar 500 cc FX Boss many times. As well as innumerable times with my 220 bar FX Royale. It just keeps on working. It's a bit more than your regular pump, but, especially when pumping way over 3,000 psi, the quality is important. Best of luck with it.
